Cosmic rays arrive at Earth with a slight directional bias—but it's tiny and hard to spot because detectors age and atmospheric noise swamps the signal. This work upgrades the standard filtering method to measure the detector's changing sensitivity directly from the data itself, letting astronomers track anisotropy patterns reliably even with imperfect instruments and incomplete observation windows.
