Cellular network R&D requires six slow, manual processes—from translating standards into code to security hardening. LLMs struggle here because hallucinating APIs or misreading specs breaks interoperability immediately, and simulation-based designs fail on real hardware. GENESIS automates this by running AI agents that convert intents (specs, anomalies, research ideas) into solutions, validating them with actual radio tests and feeding results back into a persistent knowledge base that compounds capabilities across iterations.
