Testing whether gravity weakens as 1/r² at short distances is one of the cleanest ways to search for extra dimensions or new forces. Pulling together results from the past decade, this review applies a consistent framework to compare Yukawa and power-law deviations across length scales from micrometers to collider energies. A key contribution is placing tabletop torsion-balance experiments and high-energy collider searches on the same parametric footing, making it straightforward to see where each approach is competitive. No new violations are reported, but the unified comparison sharpens where future experiments should look.
