High-precision Higgs and Z boson decay rates at next-to-leading order

The team calculated next-to-leading-order quantum corrections to Higgs and Z boson decays within the Standard Model effective field theory, a framework for parameterizing potential new physics. They computed all two- and four-body decay channels, electroweak precision observables, and production rates at future electron-positron colliders. The results are packaged in a standard format ready for experimental analysis, making it easier for collider experiments to search for subtle hints of beyond-Standard-Model physics in decay patterns.
