Neutrino interactions with nuclei produce asymmetric angular patterns—ejected particles prefer certain directions relative to the collision plane due to weak force parity violation. This asymmetry depends sensitively on nuclear structure and could help pin down neutrino energies in oscillation experiments. The team calculates it's detectable with ~10,000 carbon-12 events at current detectors.
