Do massive particles have a definite handedness?

Standard quantum field theory treats massive particles as mixtures of left and right-handed states. This work reformulates the theory so massive chiral particles possess definite handedness, recovering results previously seen only in simpler models and clarifying how weak interactions distinguish particle chirality. The authors also derive new uncertainty relations linking chiral and energy properties.
