How infrared glitches in 3D field theory hint at a singularity-free cosmos

Using a mass-regulated 3D toy model that preserves a generalized conformal structure, the authors compute two- and three-point functions at two-loop order and examine their infrared behavior below the mass scale. The results, consistent with lattice calculations, point toward infrared finiteness beyond perturbation theory. Via holographic duality, infrared safety in the 3D theory translates directly into ultraviolet safety in the dual 4D cosmology — meaning no cosmological singularities. The field-theory techniques developed here are general enough to apply beyond this specific holographic setting.
