Can simplified gravity theories unlock hidden AdS/CFT duals?

Self-dual theories don't blow up at high energies, suggesting they deserve their own AdS/CFT dictionary—the physicist's Rosetta Stone linking bulk gravity to boundary quantum fields. The authors develop the mathematical tools (Fefferman–Graham expansion) to translate between sides and compute four-point correlators in a higher-spin version of self-dual Yang–Mills theory, a simplified test case that could unlock new holographic dualities.
